Directions:
-Wash Hands with soap and water before applying.
-Apply 1-2 Layers of eyeliner lash adhesive on one eyelid at a time 
(Glue dries fast ~ keep out of eyes)
-Apply desired lashes if wanted, on eyeliner
-Repeat steps for second eye
